Flexible Fasting Challenge: you’ll get the calendar that details eating times and fasting times. I’ve crafted this calendar to provide a new challenge daily. It allows the body time to reset in between intense fasting hours, while experiencing the benefits from fasting such as cell regeneration and mental clarity. You’ll also receive general guidelines on how to properly partake in intermittent fasting, tips on what to drink during fasts, how to break your fasts, and how to continue extending your hours!

Keepin’ It Keto Challenge: you’ll get the calendar that details which particular style of eating we’ll be doing daily. Embark on a full month of various eating styles and learn which ones you like best. Your body will react and respond differently to different styles of eating. This challenge will promote weight loss, mental clarity, and discipline as we switch up our eating styles every couple of days. You might even learn something new about yourself! Some of the eating styles may be new to you, but no need to worry! There is a detailed breakdown and guideline of each eating style listed on the calendar. The supplemental pages also offer suggestions of what to eat during those days.

#heavyHIITers 4-Week Workout Program: This program was designed by me based on the numerous boot camps I’ve attended between 2016 and 2020 (pre-pandemic). I used to wake up at 4:30 am 4 times a week and attend a boot camp class held by the most amazing trainers. They would write down the workouts for the day on mirrors or white boards, and all participants would simply follow them. The workouts were challenging, but quick, and provided great results. Once the pandemic hit, I was forced to recreate these workouts at home. What’s good is that you can do these with or without dumbbells and resistance bands. Build your strength and stamina at home, and shock yourself with the results!
