It allows the body time to reset in between intense fasting hours, while experiencing the benefits from fasting such as cell regeneration and mental clarity. You’ll also receive general guidelines on how to properly partake in intermittent fasting, tips on what to drink during fasts, how to break your fasts, and how to continue extending your hours!
