#heavyHIITers 4-Week Workout Program: This program was designed by me based on the numerous boot camps I attended between 2016 and 2020 (pre-pandemic). The gyms shut down, and I was forced to get my workouts in at home! I came up with my favorite combinations targeting different areas of my body and kept track of what I was doing during lockdown. It can be completed both at home or at the gym. Equipment is minimal and usually optional. When paired with healthy eating, results are fantastic!
I used to wake up at 4:30 am 4 times a week and attend a boot camp class held by the most amazing trainers. They would write down the workouts for the day on mirrors or white boards, and all participants would simply follow them. The workouts were challenging, but quick, and provided great results. Once the pandemic hit, I was forced to recreate these workouts at home. I would try combining different workouts daily and would write down what seemed to give me the best workouts. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you can get in an effective workout without being at the gym! What’s good is that you can do these with or without dumbbells and resistance bands. Build your strength and stamina at home, and shock yourself with the results! This is best paired with a healthy diet, so make sure you don’t slack on that part!
